Champagne Étienne Sandrin is a raising star in Champagne. Located in the Côte-des-Bars, they produce a mere 7000 bottles/year out of a 10ha. Certified biodynamic, they aim for purity and elegance. À Travers Celles is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. Of a beautiful pale yellow to copper colour, with an extremely elegant perlage, it expresses notes of tangerine, Napoléon Cherry and Reinette Apple. 80% Pinot Noir 20% Pinot Blanc. Ageing potential: + 10 years. Service temperature: 10-12C. Glass: Riesling or Bordeaux white. Dosage: 4g/L
