The Le Grix de La Salle family has put a lot of efforts in order to deliver a wine that can age well, that is fierce and with a beautiful expression of a terroir, the Entre-Deux-Mers, that deserves a better attention. Soft tannins, vivid acidiy, deep garnet red, intense, complex and persistent, this wines delivers notes of tobacco, blueberry, prunes, eucalyptus, cocoa beans. Aged 16 months in oak barrels. 65% Merlot 20% Cabernet Franc 15 Cabernet Franc. Ageing potential: +20 years. Serving temperature: 16-18C. Glass: Bordeaux red.
